Born and raised in Southern Illinois, Kristina is a Midwesterner with an international sensibility. She has a B.A. in Government from University of Texas at Austin and a M.A. in Teaching from the College of New Jersey and an opinion on everything. She has worked as a copywriter, marketing coordinator, web and collateral designer, and manuscript editor. As a voracious reader, she suffers from the “I-can’t-go-to-sleep-until-I-find-out-how-it-ends” syndrome and loves writers that can both make her gasp at a beautifully crafted phrase and at an unexpected plot twist. Jamey is a St. Louis blogger and writer with a degree in international business from the Washington University. He worked for SPi, the publishing project management company for four years managing high-profile projects, copyeditors, typesetters, proofreaders, and authors. He has published several essays and short stories and is the co-author of a book on innovation (April ’10). He enjoys reading speculative fiction with strong, nontraditional characters and forward-moving plots.
